British voice over actors have found a whole new industry to explore in recent years with the explosion of gaming across the globe.

Recording voice over characters is a different type of work which I really enjoy as it brings out the actor in me.

From a Second World War British Army officer to the softly spoken narration of a bedtime story and from a cheeky canine character to a fantastical wizard, I offer a wide range of styles.

I love getting into a role and to do this it’s helpful to see images of the character I’m being asked to play or some background to the scene to understand the context of the performance.

My natural energy means I can tackle fast-paced and energetic styles while keeping a conversational and natural tone.

At the end of the day it’s about creating emotion and convincing the audience.
